The CJE Web Privacy Policy

C. J. Enterprises, Inc. (CJE) values the trust its customers place in this company. Accordingly, CJE adheres to the highest ethical standards in gathering, using and safeguarding customer information as set forth by the CJE Web Privacy Policy.

Rest assured, CJE makes all reasonable efforts to ensure the security, accuracy and timeliness of all information displayed and all transactions that occur within the CJE World Wide Web site, as well as with the company in general.

Website Security
In order to ensure that this service remains available to all users, CJE continually monitors traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, unauthorized republish, or otherwise cause damage to the CJE Website. Collection of Personally Identifiable Customer Information
The CJE Website will not automatically collect information from visitors that is personally identifiable. Information that will identify visitors personally (such as name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) will only be collected when visitors knowingly volunteer such information to CJE via email or Web form submitted through the Website.

Visitors to the CJE Website who do not want their personally identifiable information collected online are asked not to submit such information to CJE.

CJE has no intention of collecting personally identifiable information from children (individuals under the age of 18) without proper consent from a parent or guardian. Where appropriate, CJE will specifically instruct children not to submit such information to CJE without proper consent.

  5. If applicable, the Website address that visitors used to link to our Website.

This information may also be used for site security purposes and to learn about the types of technology visitors are using, so that CJE may adopt, as appropriate, new technological developments that are designed to aid in ensuring the usefulness and security of this Website and help make it more useful to visitors and the staff of CJE. This information is not used to track or record individuals and their visits. However, in the event of authorized law enforcement investigations, and pursuant to any legal process, this information may be used as an aid to identify an individual.

Access to Customer Information
CJE does not rent, sell or exchange information about its customers. Access to information about CJE customers is restricted only to CJE, to court ordered law enforcement investigations, and to specifically authorized third party companies that need access to CJE customer information in order to provide operational or other support services to CJE. Further, CJE limits employee access to customer information only on a "need to know" basis, in order to carry out their specific business functions. CJE educates its employees about its policies and practices in regard to safeguarding customer information; preventing its unauthorized access, use or disclosure; and, ensuring its proper handling.

CJE may on occasion use the information contained in e-mail messages submitted by visitors to communicate offers on merchandise and services that CJE believes will be of interest to its visitors. If CJE Website visitors previously provided their e-mail addresses to CJE and would like to have their e-mail addresses removed from CJE e-mail mailing lists, CJE asks them to send an e-mail message with the words, "remove me," to webmaster@CJE.com. CJE will use any reasonable effort to delete their e-mail addresses from its existing files.

Information Placed Automatically on Visitors' Computers
The CJE Website may automatically store some information on the computers of its visitors in the form of a "cookie" or similar file.
